Recovering the Normal.dot template in Word 2002
1. Open a new Word document
2. From the Menu Bar, choose “Format”
3. Choose “Styles and Formatting”
4. From the pane that
appears, right click on the “
5. Choose “Modify”
6. Make any necessary changes
7. Check the box “Add to template”
8. Click “Ok”
